Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 22, 2026

Limitless Credit Repair ("Limitless," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the personal information of clients, prospective clients, and website visitors ("you"). By using our website, creating an account, or engaging our credit repair services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide

  • Identity & contact: full legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, and Social Security number (last 4 or full, as required for credit bureau disputes).
  • Financial & credit: credit reports, credit scores, account numbers, balances, payment history, and dispute details.
  • Identity verification documents: government-issued ID, proof of address (utility bill, lease), and similar documents.
  • Payment information: billing address and the last four digits of your payment method. Full card numbers are processed and stored by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe), not by Limitless.
  • Communications: messages, emails, signed agreements, and notes from consultations.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information, IP address, operating system, and approximate location.
  • Usage data such as pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and analytics.

c. Information from third parties

  • Credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and credit monitoring services you authorize us to access.
  • Creditors, collection agencies, and other furnishers of information in connection with disputes you authorize.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide credit repair services, including preparing and submitting disputes on your behalf;
  • Verify your identity and prevent fraud;
  • Process payments and manage your subscription;
  • Communicate with you about your account, services, and account-related changes;
  • Comply with legal obligations, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and applicable state laws;
  • Improve our website, services, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Your Information

We only share your information with:

  • Credit bureaus and furnishers as needed to dispute and correct inaccurate information you have authorized us to challenge.
  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf under written confidentiality obligations — including cloud hosting, secure document storage, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
  • Business transfers: if Limitless is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred subject to this Privacy Policy.

We never share your information with marketing partners or data brokers.

4. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest;
  • Role-based access controls and authentication;
  • Row-level security on our databases so clients can only access their own records;
  • Audit logging of sensitive actions;
  • Use of vetted, SOC 2 / PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure providers.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations (typically up to 7 years). Signed service agreements and audit logs are retained as required by federal and state law. You may request deletion subject to these legal retention requirements (see Section 7).

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies for essential site functionality (login, security, session management) and limited analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may impair site functionality. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.
